Sept 4th, 2010. In the enchanting scenario of Piazza IV Novembre in Fondi, Latina (her hometown), Simona Rosato will be awarded the prestigious “Young entrepreneur of the year” award for her “outstanding example of enterprise and personal affirmation" from the city mayor, Salvatore De Meo. The award, in its first edition, is promoted by the Province of Fondi with the high patronage of the Ministry of Youth and the collaboration of various local businesses and institutions, including Latina Chamber of Commerce. The ceremony will be followed by a "FASHION UNDER THE STARS" gala- dinner, to culminate in a Rosato My Dog collection parade in the fascinating setting surrounding San Francesco church. The soiree will be presented by former Miss Italy Denny Mendez and numerous vip guests are expected.

July 17th 2010. It has indeed been a great success for My Dog ROSATO tribute fashion show, elegantly represented by 10 models during the 11th Edition of "Catania, Talenti & Dintorni" Fashion Gala.

Simona Rosato’ s speech, to introduce the new and successful My dog collection during the Fashion festival, was welcomed with particular warmth and enthusiasm. Most famous international fashion brands and names have been awarded the prestigious silver elephant special recognition.

Simona Rosato, winner of the Golden Apple Award as entrepreneur of the year 2008, participated as guest speaker at the prestigious Women's Leadership Forum in the world that took place on October 25-27 in Dubai. Simona Rosato held her speech alongside internationally acclaimed personalities such as Michelle Obama, Princess Rania of Jordan, Christine Lagarde (French Minister of Economy and Labour), Yulia Tymoshenko (Prime Minister of Ukraine), Carly Fiorina (former CEO of HP), Al Gore (Former Vice President of USA), Oprah Winfrey (famous American television presenter), Shaikna Lubna Al Qasimi (Minister of foreign trade of UAE), Ursula Burns (CEO of Xerox Corporation) and many others. The discussion main theme was: "Bringing the gap: similarities and differences between Western and Middle Eastern women entrepreneurs. The problems and the challenges to be overcome”.

Daniela Federici is a fashion photographer from Melbourne, Australia. She is very famous in the star system for her cinematographic style, the magic spell of her pictures and light effects. Her works are published on the most wonderful fashion magazines as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Interview, Elle, Esquire etc… She has been knowing Elizabeth Hurley for quite a long time and together they realized a fantastic shooting for Vogue America.

Rosato strongly supports Fondazione Francesca Rava which represents in Italy the international organization N.P.H. Onlus, taking care of orphan and abandoned children in Latin America since 1954. The new project is called “FRANCISVILLE, new work city” .
The aim of this new project is to give the boys and girls once out of the N.P.H. orphanage a professional school for 500 students, laboratories, handicraft workshops and little factories. This project creates workplaces, and therefore allows entire families to survive by producing basic goods like bread, soap, shoes, and services like water distribution for the poorest families and the close paediatric hospital. The project includes training and teaching thousands of boys and girls a job and create self-sustainability to the project itself.
